Weather Delays

Weather can and will most likely delay our services at some point.

However, we make every effort to stay on schedule and work around the clock to catch up if we are ever behind due to weather.

We run a Monday through Thursday mowing schedule such that we have days left over to catch up, if need be, or for doing training exercises.

PLEASE NOTE: If, for example, you are a client that typically gets mowed on Tuesdays and it rains Monday and Tuesday and we therefore can’t get to your property until Thursday morning, you can expect us again on Tuesday the following week as per your normal weekly routine.

This is to illustrate that our schedule will simply reset to how it is supposed to be at the beginning of each week regardless of weather delays.

Usually this is somewhat advantageous for you since the rain can cause your lawn to grow more quickly anyway and with the schedule being reset, the time gap between services has been shortened if you were pushed back and then mowed on your normal day the following week.

In extreme circumstances such as when there may be ongoing days of rain forecasted for much of our mowing schedule, we may also elect to work ahead of schedule by a day to stay on track. So, if you’re wondering why we’ve come a day earlier, this would be why.

With all of this said, you should still be able to predict when we are coming in a normal week. But when there is one day of rain you may want to expect us a day later, two days of rain, maybe plan for two days later, etc.

But by that same token, if the rain isn’t for a long period of time, chances are that we may catch up by the time we get to your scheduled day. If you would ever like an update regarding our projected schedule during weather delays, don’t hesitate to call us.
