Snow removal visits are based upon enough accumulation such that previously bare pavement cannot be seen through the snow.
Even a light skiff or dusting of snow will be enough for us to dispatch our crews unless it is so light that we expect it to dissipate quickly on its own.
Our snow removal program also includes, at no extra charge to you, ice melt, if icy conditions are present when we visit your property. We want your walkways, driveways, and other surfaces to be kept in a safe and accessible condition. We’ll apply it if your walkways are the least bit icy. If you need ice melt applications outside of snow clearing visits, please call us and we will accommodate you. It is your responsibility to notify us of any unsafe conditions on your property outside of snow removal visits.
If you do not want ice melt, you may opt out, though it has no bearing on the monthly rates. If icy conditions or problems arise on your property outside of office hours, don’t hesitate to call us, as we are available to come and take care of any ice or concerns that you need taken care of at no additional charge. We also have an After-Hours option for our snow removal clients when you call in for any such concerns!
