Skipping Your Lawn Mowing Service
We are proud to offer one of the most flexible lawn mowing programs in the industry
If your Weekly Lawn mowing day is approaching and you feel that having your lawn mowed will do more potential harm than good (as alluded to in the above scenarios), it is YOUR responsibility to contact us to skip your lawn for the week in question.
However, there are some requirements for this:
- Please give us 2 days heads up notice if you would like to skip for whatever reason. In this way we can ensure that we will not mow your lawn for the week in question.
- If you forget to give us the required 2 days notice, there is some reasonable leeway with this since we would never want to mow your lawn if it could cause harm, but please give us as much heads up as possible. (i.e. We wouldn’t want to send our crew out to your place only to have you come out last minute to tell us you want to skip this week.)
- Once you skip your mowing, you can expect us the following week on your normal Weekly Mowing day again.
- In a case where we arrive to mow and our crew determines that mowing will do more harm than good, they will make the decision to skip your lawn, although we highly appreciate you giving us a heads up.
- If the above situation were to come up and you do not agree with our decision to skip, please call us and we can still return to your lawn.
- If some of your lawn is in good shape while other parts of it are not, we will attempt to mow what we can. The rest will hopefully recover soon and we’ll be ready to attempt to mow it on your next mowing day.
