Our Expectations
Neither pets nor people are to be in your yard when we are servicing your property
- If our mower or string trimmer/weed whacker happens to inadvertently pick up a rock, we would much rather it fly at your siding or hit one of your windows than hit you.
- On this note, we do carry proper insurance for these types of damages and will always take care of any damage that we inadvertently cause whether we use insurance or pay out of pocket.
- We would ask, however, that you regularly check your lawn just to make sure that there’s no loose debris or gravel strewn on it, or anything that might interfere with our doing our best mowing job for you.
You must pick up after your pets before we service your yard

If pet droppings are not picked up/removed from your lawn prior to our crew’s arrival, we reserve the right to skip your property for that week.

We have a lot of lawns to mow in a day and as a result, we can’t be spending extra time cleaning up after clients’ pets prior to mowing, plus it’s also a potential health hazard.

Some companies specialize in “animal droppings removal”, but that’s not a service of ours.
Your yard is expected to be free of obstructions such as toys, garden hoses and tools, lawn chairs, etc.

We will move the odd item here and there as required, but you are expected to keep your lawn free of debris and obstacles within reason.

But if your yard is littered with obstructions, we may skip your lawn at our discretion.

We have a lot of lawns to mow in a given day and as a result, we can’t be spending extra time cleaning up prior to mowing.
We would be grateful for the use of your composting bin or a composting area to dump grass clippings

You do not have to make this available to us, if you’re regularly using it yourself, but if we are able to use your composting bin please let us know. We’d greatly appreciate it as it will save us the time and cost of otherwise having to make repeated trips throughout the day to dispose of our clients’ grass clippings.

We can always haul away everything, or the excess above and beyond what we’re able to fit in your composting bin.

Please let us know what your preferences are, and we will accommodate you.
If you are not completely satisfied with our services for whatever reason, please tell us right away so we can make corrections if possible

Even if it’s as simple as a mowing direction that you do not like, please tell us!
